All tickets bought in advance are available as e-tickets, which can be brought on your mobile device to the venue to be scanned. They are automatically available through our App as well. Please arrive at least 20 (twenty) minutes before the performance’s scheduled start to get to your seats on time, as all shows start promptly, and some may not admit latecomers.
If you do not have access to a smart phone, all tickets bought in advance can be collected from the Box Office. Please arrive onsite at least 30 (thirty) minutes before the scheduled start time of your performance to allow time to collect your tickets and get to your seat, as latecomers may not be admitted.
Valid proof of status must be shown either when purchasing or collecting tickets and carried at all times when attending shows. A surcharge may be applied if status cannot be proved.
All our venues are fully wheelchair accessible. We offer a free ticket to personal assistants attending events with disabled customers. To register, or if you require space for a wheelchair, please email email@example.com or call the box office.
Subject to the event, some shows offer groups of 10 or more a 10% discount on tickets booked in a single transaction.
All shows are suitable for 14+ unless otherwise stated. All age guidance is advisory.
A charge of £1.25 per ticket (on the first 4 tickets only) applies to all bookings. For telephone bookings an additional £1 handling charge applies.
